Ever since I was a kid I've had a strong connection to animals. From watching Steve Irwin on tv to catching critters in the back yard, my desire to learn and passion for animals only grew as I got older. When I turned 7 I got my first leopard gecko and immediately became enamored. 17 years later I continue to greet my gecko with a smile every morning, as I turn on the lights in my ever growing animal room.
Animal keeping has had an amazing impact on my life and I feel it is my duty to share my experience and knowledge with others. Whether you're in the market for your first tarantula, or simply looking to learn more about these magnificent creatures, I am here to help.
I currently care for 19 tarantulas, 2 scorpions, 2 cats, 1 leopard gecko, and a small reef tank. Though I am not currently breeding animals, I hope to do so in the near future.
My growing fascination for photography has really helped me get closer to my animals, using a macro lens I can get more detailed view of each specimen. When I'm not tending to the animal room I'm often outdoors taking pictures. Using my various lens to view tiny worlds commonly overlooked by the naked eye.
